If I charge the mother fucker that's shooting at me and tackle him before he can get a shot off, is that cool? And then I steal his gun and shoot him with hit.

I've been thinking about that as well. If someone was actually so close that I could reasonably disarm him/her and take their weapon, is that legal?
Just wondering where the line is drawn. Obviously you wouldn't be able to judo-chop their arm in pieces, but is physical contact legal, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone?

i think the general meaning is not disarming or anything that could hurt them. hand shakes or hugs i guess are fine but then again it was said no physical contact so i might be wrong.

I'm pretty sure the physical contact rule applies to body guards as well. You're not getting this, but the focus here is on rules that avoid physical harm.
