In the scenario of a Mexican Standoff, where theorhetically both assassin and target fire and make contact simultaneously, whose shot takes precidence?
My vote is the assassins, as at the end of the day, one is six feet under, while the other is in a hospital recooperating on ICU.

I agree. The assasin is incapacitated for 24 hours, but still alive and in the game, while the target is dead.

What the moderator says, goes. However, If your target claims that he hit you first, you'll be in a pickle. To explain the situation, you should bring a friend to help testify the kill.
