i was never in this game, i missed registration by one day. thats the only reason the game isnt over yet.i wouldve thumped 40 people by now if i could just get the new targets fast enough

It's nearing the end of the week, some smart targets may have already gone home by now if they haven't been shot, and there aren't many people left to shoot otherwise.
My guess is that 10 more will die before Sunday night.

I'm predicting at least half of the assassins will die each week. So that would be about 14 more. That is after those who haven't taken out their targets are eliminated. So if the pattern keeps up at half a week, the game will end in roughly 5 weeks. However, should this scenario occur, (Assassin takes out target then is taken out by his assassin, who is then taken out, etc.) we could see players reduced by a third or more each week. We'll just have to watch a wait. Sorry man

i know several people that that has happened to, that they had gotten their mark, and then they were assassinated almost before the day was through...

note!! every week at least half will be eliminated...that's best scenario. look:

if everyone was given a number, and all the evens shot all the odds, that would be exactly half eliminated (provided an even number total).

if you go by multiples of three (pardon the math...):
player (3n-1) shoots player (3n), then player (3n-2) shoots player (3n-1), two of every three have been eliminated...1/3 remain. this pattern could be repeated to any number...not just 3...it could be one of four, or one of five...but overall it will be an average.

and then both of these scenarios assume that everyone shoots their target...theoretically, after the first round everyone could be eliminated because noone shot their target. (this would obviously never happen...but there are, i'm sure, a good handful that have failed to assassinate their targets.)

this game is going to go much quicker than most realized initially...guaranteed.

I'm not sure if I should feel insulted that I didn't think of that, or happy that the game is going faster . So, wow good job with the math and all.

In much simpler terms: Half the people will be eliminated as the worst case scenario. As it stands right now, 30 assassins will stay the weak while 18 still have to get there mark. We started with 88 and will have 30 if no one dies in the next day and a half or so. Thats much more than half.

The game will take 7 weeks tops. As it stands right now it should be over in 5 weeks. The less people to get their mark the faster the game will go.

We'll here's the problem, the people that have died are helping those that are alive, making assassins harder to take out, and the targets easier to find. Whether or not these to bonuses cancel out or not varies with the people.

malloys conclusion is actually pretty easy. i know it would prob take alot of work and they wouldnt do it, but i wish the moderators could email you your next target immediately after the 24 hr period for the target to disupute the kill is over. that make the game so much less predictable, much faster, and much more fun
