I think a good idea for next round would be to have NO pictures of marks with hats on. Wheter or not they always wear them, it still isnt entirly fair if you have no idea what they look like except nose & eyes.
My mark i thought had short hair, but upon re-evaluating the picture today, i realized that i had no clue what his hair looked like. So i think i acually let him walk right by me today without knowing.

I agree that waiting to win a polished game is better than having to take over the problems of a bad game. However, I see that no prize for something this involved could lead to a major thrashing of the Moderator (no threat implied). So how about giving a prize, like a golden gun, to go to the winner.

The prize is the victory. If I win, I want nothing more than congratulations for a job well done.

I would suggest a 1 dollar fee, and use the money as the prize or buy the prize with it. I wouldn’t want it to be much more that a dollar or two, I would suggest using the mailing system as a drop off. A person not playing the game would have to be comfortable in allowing the moderator to do this and of course would be friends with the moderator. I don’t see giving out an address would cause a problem with the friend. A blank envelope with only the friend's address would be given to the Clemson post office. I don’t think that a stamp would be needed (correct me if im wrong). The envelope would only contain the money and a piece of paper wrapped around the money to conceal it and the person's name on the paper.

The purpose of this game is mainly to get the kinks worked out and also to generate more interest. The next game may have a prize involved, as I've been throwing the idea around with my panel of advisors.
