I think that this game can be different things to different people, and it would be nice if we could all accept this. Some people see this as an excuse to pretend they are assassins, others as a sport, and I see absolutly no problem with either viewpoint. (I myself sit somewhere in the middle.)

I see it as another outlet to improve my poems and classical styled writing. That and my strong desire to shoot something. Gotta love it ;D

judging from your writing, you're obviously not an English major
if so, God help you

I sit somewhere in the middle myself. I'm playing because I love the adrenaline flow. I also really like the idea of having dorms be free area, and if I'm still alive when that comes around it's going to be some great fun. I'm just trying to fulfill my video game addiction through real-life activities. Heh. And can we please keep the needless and baseless flaming out?

so you're saying you are transferring yourself onto an imaginary character as to escape the harsh realities of who you are the real world? the harsh realities of this world are too much for my fragile body. I find a way to escape in everything that I do. I don't care for sports... so, i prefer the fantasy world that literature, drama, and acting provide us.

A young lady from far far away, Asked me "What was it you did today? Feeling my best, I answered in jest, "I held Juvenile Mongeese at bay"

I like that. More than one mongoose = mongeese.
I am also of the opinion that if more than one moose was gathered someone, it would be a bunch of meese.
Edit: I'll finally give slayer a karma point for catching a typo I made.

I wish I played D&D.
I would cast giant growth on my terribly small wang ;_;
